WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– West Columbia Police have responded to reports of shots fired at a fast food restaurant on Saturday, said the police department.
On Saturday, December 28, officers were alerted by Shotspotter of shots being fired at a Bojangles on Augusta Road around 5:47 p.m.
When officers arrived the restaurant, they were met by staff who all stated that an employee fired multiple times from inside the restaurant through the drive-thru window into a vehicle.
Also, they stated that the employee jumped through the drive-thru window and left the scene on foot.
