[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala — Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, John Mulimba, has today received Dr. Robin Nandy, the new UNICEF Representative to Uganda, who officially presented his credentials at a meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kampala.
