Townspeople torn about homeless shelter closure in Slave Lake, Alta.

A grey trailer with boarded-up windows and doors was once the only homeless shelter in Slave Lake, Alta. It used to house upwards of 20 people, but it now sits empty after town council halted operations in May, then voted to close it last month.
