Touchdown Club presented with funds from Pike Lions Club

The Pike County Lions Club recently presented a check for $6,290 to the Pike County High School Touchdown Club from proceeds of program sales.

“This is a project that covers approximately six months from selling ads to publication to selling programs,” said Charles Bentley who has been a part of the Pike County Lions Club since its inception in 1976. “It’s an ongoing, ever evolving project. We start around the first of June every year getting program ads sold and later getting them produced and printed for the coming football season. This team has worked long and hard for their achievements this year and we are proud of them!”
