Springdale doctor suspended for prescribing wrong dose of narcotics and covering up mistakes

Dr. Todd Young admitted to prescribing potentially fatal miscalculations of narcotics to patients before a tribunal Wednesday, and was handed a four-month suspension of his medical licence.
