Columbia, SC (WOLO) — Thanksgiving may have come and gone, but the Holiday season is far from over. The holiday hustle and bustle can lead to accidents or worse if you are driving distracted, under the influence, and not following the rules of the road.

According to the South Carolina Department of Public Safety, a total of six people were killed along South Carolina roadways during the Thanksgiving holiday spanning from Thursday November 27th  to Sunday December 1st.
