RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Police in Russellville searched multiple massage businesses in the city, according to city officials.
Russellville Mayor Fred Teague shared in a Thursday statement that police executed search warrants on three Angel Massage locations in the city
The searches stem from active investigations into alleged illegal activity at those locations, he said.
There is no word yet on what the possible alleged illegal activity was.
“There is no danger to the public, but this ongoing operation is still early and dynamic, and more information will be released tomorrow,” Teague said.
Authorities are expected to hold a news conference to provide more information on Friday.
