YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Sebring man received a 24-month prison sentence after he was found with stolen township equipment last year.
Jonathan Cosgray, 33, received the sentence Tuesday in Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas Judge Anthony D’Onofrio’s courtroom.
According to court records, a jury found Cosgray guilty of aggravated possession of drugs and receiving stolen property but not guilty of fraudulent actions concerning a vehicle identification number.
Police arrested Cosgray in December 2023 after receiving a tip about a side-by-side that had been stolen from Goshen Township in April. Police said they found a side-by-side on the Cosgray’s property that matched the one that was stolen, as well as 10 grams of methamphetamine on him.
