NILES, Ohio (WKBN) — A local gym celebrated five years of operation on Saturday.
ONYX GYMS had a whole day of celebration at the Eastwood Complex in Niles. People gathered to enjoy an open bar with a JD.
During this time of year, many people make their New Year’s resolutions about getting healthier. First News talked to the gym’s owner Emil Gamidov about what people need to know if they’re looking to get in shape.
“Stay consistent and make sure you have a goal. If you have a goal and have a plan, it’s usually hard to fail, as they usually say. Find a place, find a community, find an environment that can support you where you feel at home,” Gamidov said.
The event also offered a chance to win prizes and meet local vendors.
