Jacob Anstey, whose community rallied around him after a medical emergency, has died

Jacob Anstey, 11, went into cardiac arrest in January, leaving him needing a wheelchair. His mother Lisa Loveless-Hodder announced he died on Nov. 2 at home, where he was surrounded by family.
