WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — A Trumbull grand jury has declined to indict a man who was facing a felony burglary charge for a reported November incident.
Reports at the time state police were called to a home on the 700 block of Hazelwood Avenue SE after a woman said a man, identified as Ja’Vontai Harris, burglarized her home. Harris was also facing minor traffic charges for hitting a stop sign nearby, reports state.
A Trumbull County grand jury declined to indict Harris on the burglary charge, court records show. The traffic charges were also dismissed.
