Robin Milam-Weinmann took this photo after several inches of snow fell in Eureka Springs and across Carroll County late last week. Like all great photos, it also comes with a story. Robin said she took the photo after her husband, Brian Weinmann, and fishing guide Ryan Chapman helped some young people get their cars unstuck across the bridge. ‘Honestly Ryan deserves a shout out for selflessly helping those kids.’ Yes, he does, so here’s a shout out to Ryan Chapman!
