HUNTINGTON TWP. — Pennsylvania State Police at Shickshinny say they charged Tina Maisey, 46, of Benton, with theft on allegations she stole food and cash from the restaurant where she was employed.
State police allege Maisey stole prime rib, French onion soup, a salad and $10 from Deer Oak Restaurant on state Route 239 on June 20.
Maisey is facing a theft charge that was filed Tuesday with District Judge Carol A. Davenport in Shickshinny.
