An 89-year-old man has died in hospital after being hit by a car near a busy one-way system.
Officers were called to the scene in Roman Way, Crayford, following the collision at around 1.10pm on January 3.

Part of the road outside the KFC and Sainsbury’s superstore was cordoned off while officers attended the incident.
Pictures posted online at the time showed atleast two police cars at the scene with a white Mercedes between the taped off area.
Members of the public, as well as off-duty officers, provided CPR to the man prior to the arrival of emergency services at the scene.
However, in a further update from police issued today (January 13), it was confirmed an 89-year-old male pedestrian who had been struck by a car died days later in hospital.
No arrests have been made, and enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident continue.
