Bar Not Pleased With Exclusive Approach in Preparing the New Draft Constitution

[Foroyaa] The Gambia Bar Association has indicated in a press release that the approach of the executive in preparing the new Draft Constitution is not inclusive, transparent or participatory. It however, expressed its desire as a rule of law institution to engage stakeholders in subsequent stages of the constitution building process.
