WILKES-BARRE — A woman accused after she allegedly stabbed a man in the hand during an argument had felony aggravated assault charges dismissed during a preliminary hearing in Luzerne County Central Court on Wednesday.
Wilkes-Barre police charged Cindy M. Argones, 40, on allegations she stabbed Rhett Baker in his hand during a domestic dispute inside an apartment in the 400 block of South Franklin Street on Aug. 7, according to court records.
Charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment were dismissed against Argones when Baker failed to appear to testify at the preliminary hearing.
