[RFI] Algerians living abroad have been voting ahead of Saturday’s presidential election despite predictions of low turnout back home, and an almost certain victory for incumbent Abdelmadjid Tebboune. From Europe to the Middle East, members of the diaspora are determined to fulfil their democratic duty in an election that may hold few surprises.
