MAUMELLE, Ark. – Two 911 dispatchers with the city of Maumelle were arrested after being accused of possessing child pornography, with one facing 1,000 counts.
According to Arkansas State Police, 45-year-old Matthew Talley was arrested after police in Conway and investigators with the U.S. Homeland Security conducted a search warrant at a home on Timberpeg Court on Friday, Dec. 20.

ASP officials said a second search warrant was conducted the same day at the home of 58-year-old Michael Riggan in Bryant. Special agents said they found multiple files containing child pornography on devices in his home.
Special agents said Talley and Riggan were co-workers at the 911 dispatch center in Maumelle.

Riggan is facing 1,000 counts of distribution, possession, or viewing sexually explicit content involving a child. He is being held at the Saline County Detention Center.
Talley is facing charges of possessing, distributing or viewing sexually explicit material involving minors. He is being held at the Faulkner County Detention Center.
