ArmInfo. Colonel Gegham Pashikyan, the Head of the Department of Military Medical Support of the Armenian Defense Ministry, participated in the annual working meeting of the Committee of the Chiefs of Military Medical Services (COMEDS) of NATO member countries and partner countries in Brussels.
As reported by the press service of the Defense Ministry, the meeting
focused on military medical support, addressing existing challenges
and sharing lessons learned. Participants put forward proposals to
resolve medical support issues in contemporary combat operations.
The parties also discussed organizational aspects related to the
military medical field, which are of mutual interest and contribute
to further interaction. According to the source, Gegham Pashikyan
held separate meetings during the event with the head of the NATO
Military Medical Center of Excellence, a representative of the Joint
Health Group (JHG), and the head of the military medical evacuation
exercise "CAMO-25" scheduled for May 2025 in Germany.
