What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses.
Prospect, pitch, and sell advertising opportunities in our print and digital publications.
Create custom advertising solutions that meet client needs and deliver real results.
Meet and exceed sales targets while staying up to date on market trends and advertising best practices.
Maintaining long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Track progress and consistently strive to exceed goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for local business and community.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with the Harrisburg region is required.
Persistence in following up on leads and nurturing prospects.
Prioritizes leads and tasks to maximize productivity.
Flexibility to adjust sales strategies based on different customer needs and market conditions.
