Lawyers representing Kaska Nation maintained Thursday that proper consultation did not happen over the proposed Kudz Ze Kayah mine and that a lower court ruling should be tossed. Lawyers for the Attorney General of Canada, Yukon government and project proponent BMC Minerals disagreed.
