West Africa: Flood Displaces 950,000 People, Children in Nigeria, Mali and Niger

[Vanguard] Abuja — AS torrential rains continue to wreak havoc, Save the Children International, SCI, Friday, reported that the flood has displaced 950,000 people, mostly children in Nigeria, Mali and Niger Republic.
